Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada has been one of the Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in numerous TV shows. She is an Afghan American actress who was born in Kabul Afghanistan. After fleeing her home country, her family moved into America. US. She was given asylum, and were allowed to remain. She is the middle sister of two sisters, and was brought up to a young age in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada started her camera work by appearing in numerous National Commercials. Ghanizada's appearance as Chiara in Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara earned her a nomination for Best Actress at a festival. The roles she played on television include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Recent roles include an appearance as a character in Blood Shot, (2009) which is based on the science-fiction movie Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada began her acting career in 2008 when she was cast member of General Hospital's premiertime spinoff General Hospital. Season two of Nightshift, she played holistic doctor Dr. Saira Bastra. Ghanizada was cast as Kelly the Prada salesgirl in HBO Entourage. The year 2009 saw her was a part of The Tough Trade pilot from Weeds' creator Jenji Cohan and executive-producer T Bone Burnett.
